Twenty years ago, the freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia business was mainly port-to-port, what we now call "Freight Forwarding 1.0." Today, we’re in the "2.0" era, offering mature door-to-door services.

One example is the project we handled for our client Abdulrahman in Jizan Port, Saudi Arabia. He needed five container loads of children's toys sourced from Yiwu. As a trusted freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabiafor over 26 years, Abdulrahman had so much confidence in Sunny Worldwide Logistics that he didn’t even visit the factory. He let us handle factory inspections, product checks, logistics, and even payment settlement and procurement. This level of trust speaks volumes about our relationship.

Our warehouse at Shenzhen Yantian Port played a crucial role in this project. Only three logistics companies in Shenzhen have their own warehouse facilities, and we’re one of them. The toy manufacturers, about five or six of them, had different delivery times. Each factory shipped their products to our warehouse first, and we only arranged the containers once everything was gathered. Sunny Worldwide Logistics also owns its own fleet of trucks, something only about 10% of logistics companies can claim. This gives us full control over scheduling, and we can even dispatch trucks late at night if time is tight.

As a seasoned freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia, we have the resources and capability to design combined logistics solutions using sea, air, and rail, to either save on costs or shorten delivery times. We also take care of smaller tasks without extra charges, making things easier for our clients. For example, when we consolidate shipments, our staff supervise the loading and send videos to the client. If there’s confusion with the codes, we’ll redesign the labels to simplify checks. Other companies may do this, but not with the same level of detail. We even help with small tasks, like packing items a client bought on Taobao, things other companies wouldn’t even consider doing.

Once, Abdulrahman suddenly informed me that 500 children’s toy sets were urgently needed for a royal kindergarten. They had to be shipped by air, with absolutely no delays.

As an experienced freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia, I knew that some airlines are less reliable, with frequent delays due to factors like aircraft age, company management, and scheduling efficiency. Abdulrahman made it clear, “We have a generous budget, but time is our top priority. I trust you as a professional freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia, don’t let us down!”

First, I considered Ethiopian Airlines, the largest and most extensive airline in Africa. Their prices are reasonable, but with the high summer temperatures, there’s a risk of weight restrictions and potential delays. Given the situation, we ruled this option out.

Next, I looked into Turkish Airlines (TK), which flies to 96 countries and around 140 cities, offering wide-reaching services. I contacted TK’s representative, who confirmed that they only have one cargo flight to Dammam International Airport each Friday. If any delays occurred, we’d have to wait until the next Friday for another flight, which wasn’t acceptable for Abdulrahman.freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia

I then mobilized our business manager and several experienced team members, all of whom have been in the industry for many years with extensive resources. They pulled their contacts, and we finally found the perfect solution. China Airlines (CA) offers direct cargo flights to Dammam International Airport, with three weekly departures—Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. After putting together this plan, I immediately recommended it to Abdulrahman, with the Turkish Airlines option as a backup. The client hesitated at first. While CA offers more frequent flights, TK is well-known for its excellent service and reputation, although the once-a-week schedule posed a risk.freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia

After several discussions and thorough explanations, we ultimately recommended the CA option. With three flights per week, all direct, there was more flexibility in case of delays. Abdulrahman agreed, and we moved forward with the CA plan.

Thanks to detailed preparation and the right logistics strategy, everything went smoothly. Abdulrahman was extremely satisfied!freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia
