Despite thunderstorm weight limits, we still shipped the goods. Customers praised me as a responsible freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia.

More than a decade ago, the logistics industry was still in the port-to-port era, which we called Logistics 1.0. Later, it evolved to door-to-door services, which we termed Logistics 2.0. Nowadays, our company has developed into a one-stop logistics solution provider offering procurement + door-to-door services. Take last year's case of transporting electronics worth 40 million yuan for Huawei to South America. We took charge of the entire process and planned the voyage route ourselves. Ultimately, the goods departed from Shenzhen and, instead of taking the conventional route through Miami in North America, were transported through Europe to their South American destination. It was a very successful case and demonstrated that we are a responsible freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia.

Saudi client Mariam has been importing daily necessities from China, including kitchenware, decorations, and party supplies, mainly sourced from Yiwu. In the beginning, every time Mariam prepared a purchasing list, she had to come to China specially to inspect the factories and goods herself and监督 the loading and unloading of the containers at our warehouse before she felt assured. As our cooperation deepened and we got to know each other better, I told Mariam that as a professional freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia, we offer procurement services. Many of our long-time clients no longer need to come over and instead send us their lists and suppliers directly. I procure and ship the goods for them. Mariam thought it was a good idea and later sent me the lists and suppliers, allowing me to handle the procurement process entirely.

This time, I helped Mariam procure four container loads of daily necessities in Yiwu. As a freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia with 26 years of experience, Mariam trusts us and asked us to help with factory and goods inspections. I arranged for logistics transportation, as well as foreign exchange settlement, procurement agency, and trade agency services for her.

Our own foreign trade warehouse at the Yantian Port in Shenzhen played a crucial role in this. A key factor for foreign clients seeking a reliable freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia in China is that the logistics company must have its own warehouse to fully control the entire logistics process. This ensures professionalism in loading and unloading, standardized boxing and labeling, and safety, guaranteeing timely delivery and high-quality management of the goods. Among the 60,000 freight forwarding companies in Shenzhen, only three have such capabilities.

With suppliers are in China,so communication is very convenient. I prepared unified document templates, label and shipping mark styles and application requirements, as well as packaging requirements for the suppliers, greatly improving the efficiency of the entire process. The goods from each supplier are first brought to our warehouse. After all the daily necessities are collected, they are recombined and boxed. Additionally, Sunny Worldwide Logistics has its own fleet of trucks, which only 10% of companies in the industry possess. This means we don’t need to rent trailers and have complete control over scheduling. If time is tight, we can even arrange for nighttime dispatch.

Once, Mariam suddenly told me that a batch of high-end skincare products was for a major company. The total weight was around 3 tons, and they were urgently needed and had to be shipped by air. They insisted that there must be no delays.

As an experienced freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia, I know that some airlines are relatively unstable and prone to delays, due to factors such as the age of the aircraft, company management, and dispatch efficiency. Mariam emphasized, "We have a sufficient budget, but we need timeliness. I know you are a professional freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia and can't let us down!"

It was summer, and I was concerned about weight restrictions on air transport due to high temperatures. Fortunately, the goods were not affected by such restrictions this time. However, the airline notified us that due to summer thunderstorms, Dammam International Airport in Saudi Arabia could not accept the takeoff and landing of medium and large passenger or cargo aircraft. To ensure the safe arrival of the goods, the airline temporarily changed the aircraft type from a large one to a small one, resulting in changes in cargo capacity and weight restrictions. I was at a loss for words when I heard this.

Knowing how anxious Mariam was, I listed this order as an abnormal one and followed up in real-time. I contacted the person in charge of CA flights and actively lobbied for the next flight. At the same time, I prepared alternative plans just in case. Unfortunately, the alternative plan was affected by high-temperature weight restrictions, and there was no specific timeline for when cargo space would be available.

I communicated with the airline salesperson multiple times, emphasizing that this order was from our long-time client and was very important to me, and asked for priority arrangement. As we are long-time clients of the airline, they promised to prioritize our request and apply to the company for a quick departure, giving me an answer before the end of the day. Meanwhile, I updated Mariam on the situation and said I would try my best to ship the goods within two flights.

Finally, at 5 p.m., the airline replied that considering we were long-time clients and given the special circumstances this time, they would give us priority and promised to ship the goods within two flights. I didn't dare to be neglectful and followed up with the airline every day to understand the cargo detention situation and the shipment status of each flight. Finally, the goods were successfully loaded and shipped on the second flight! The entire process truly demonstrated that we are a responsible freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia.
